The Central Rappahannock Regional Library serves Fredericksburg City and the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Westmoreland. The HQ branch on Caroline Street is the location of the CRRL Virginiana Room, which is a repository for many local and state genealogy resources, including obituary indexes dating to 1788 for local newspapers.
